“Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and think of what could go right.”
In this update, I cover the difference between being uncomfortable and being in pain, and how pushing past our comfort zone often results in personal growth spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. An interaction with my oldest son today reminded me of this concept, as well as how I grew from discomfort as a boy and continue to do so as a man. It also made me think of how it's easy for us to settle for the mediocre versus pushing ourselves for greatness...to essentially mistake comfort with happiness.
I kept this one under 10 minutes using the power of hunger :-), so I hope you enjoy it and maybe take away a lesson or two.
